Ingredients
3 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
300 gms Fish
1 chopped Onion
Curry Leaves
1 tsp MWish Turmeric Powder
2 chopped Tomatoes
1 small Tamarind
Water
1 tsp MWish Garam Masala Powder
8 to 10 Dry Red Chilli
1.5 tbsp Coriander Seeds
1 chopped Onion
1/2 cup Fresh Coconut
Salt to taste
Instruction
Soak tamarind in water for 10 mins. Mix well and squeeze the juice alone, set aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add in onion, dry red chilli and coriander seeds and roast. Add coconut to the mixture and blend it. Add little water and make it into a fine puree.
Now in the same pan, add mustard seeds, onions and curry leaves.
Add MWish Turmeric Powder, MWish Fish Curry and sauté.
Now add in tomatoes and cook.
Add in the ground masala, water and tamarind water.
Bring this whole thing to a good boil, cover and simmer till oil floats on top.
Now add in fish and cook for 10 mins or till the fish is done.
Add MWish Garam Masala and mix well.
Serve with hot rice.
