CHICKEN MASALA with MWISH CHICKEN MASALA

Ingredients

750 gms. Chicken
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
½ tsp MWish Turmeric Powder
3 tbsp curd
4 chopped onions
4 tbsp oil
3 chopped green chillies
1 tsp MWish Coriander Powder
1 tsp MWish Turmeric Powder
3 tsp MWish Chicken Masala
Salt to taste

Instruction

Marinate 750 gms. chicken pieces with 1 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, ½ tsp MWish Turmeric Powder, 3 tbsp curd & salt. Keep for 1 hour.
Fry till crisp, 4 chopped onions in 4 tbsp oil.
Add 3 chopped green chillies, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 tsp MWish Coriander Powder, 1 tsp MWish Turmeric Powder & 3 tsp MWish Chicken Masala.
Cover the saucepan tightly, turn heat to low and cook for 20-25 mins.
Add some lime juice.
Garnish it with mint sprigs and serve hot with onion rings, lemon slices and green chutney.
